Service Scope
We provide residential and office cleaning services, including move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning, subject to the property condition and the agreed scope. Any service details are confirmed before the visit, and condition photos may be used to review the scope where appropriate.

Fees and Payment
Prices are based on the confirmed scope, property condition, and any other relevant project details. We do not provide a final fixed price until the scope has been reviewed, and any deposit or payment arrangement will be confirmed in advance for the specific service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and we do not guarantee sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, or removal of every allergen. We also do not undertake hazardous material removal, biological waste removal, construction waste removal, pest control, mold remediation, exterior high-rise work, or specialist restoration unless expressly agreed in writing and lawfully permitted.
